Job Description
Job Roles & Responsibilities
• Handling administrative requirements of the company.
• Supervising contract facility management team i.e. Housekeeping, Security and Electrician.
• Ensuring hygiene and upkeep of facility.
• General administration (Pest control, café, stationary etc.)
• Handling Utilities i.e. (Power, Package Water etc.)
• Handling the Record Management.
• Organizing the internal events as per the company requirements.
• Management of Front office.
• Ensuring all arrangements done for Client visit.
Candidate Requirements
• At least 2+ year experience in office administration.
• Must be capable of handling all admin related activity.
• Must be flexible with timings, including night shifts.
• Should be enthusiastic and team player.
• Basic computer skills.
• Graduate.
