Hiring: Business Development (Ahmedabad)
Job Description
We're looking for our first Business Development hire—someone who will do much more than sell. As a founding member of our commercial team, you'll help build our B2B sales strategy, strengthen the STROMMER brand, and drive long-term business growth.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies.
Build relationships with OEMs, distributors, and fleet operators.
Generate new business opportunities.
Represent STROMMER at customer meetings and industry exhibitions.
Work closely with the founders to shape the company's growth.
Who We're Looking For
Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills.
Passionate about sales, brand building, and long-term growth.
Self-driven, proactive, and eager to take ownership.
Excited to build systems from the ground up rather than follow existing ones.
Experience in B2B sales, automotive, EV, or manufacturing is preferred.
