About the Role
We are seeking a skilled UI Designer to join our team at Randstad New Zealand. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating and refining reusable design solutions for our shared design system, collaborating with WW Australia. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your expertise in UI design and work on exciting projects that shape the future of digital experiences.

Main Responsibilities:
Create and refine design components for our shared design system, ensuring consistency and cohesion across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with front-end engineers to ensure seamless integration of design and development.
Design engaging user interfaces for websites and mobile applications, leveraging Figma as the primary design tool.

Skills and Qualifications:
5 years of experience in UI design, with a strong focus on design systems and design tokens.
Proficiency in Figma and understanding of front-end development processes (non-coding).
Mobility app design experience and competency with collaboration tools like Miro are advantageous. Read more
