Job Summary:

• Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or relevant HR certifications are a plus.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2+ years in employee relations, employee engagement, or a similar HRBP role.

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and corporate policies.

Proven experience in managing complex employee relations cases, resolving conflicts, and driving engagement initiatives.
