Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Manager, Vertical Marketing to join our APJ regional marketing team. This role will lead the design, development, and deployment of high-impact content and sales training programs that strengthen our vertical go-to-market strategy and elevate commercial readiness. Work with diverse teams and experts to develop content that encourages team learning in key industries.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop Vertical Content Strategy: Lead the end-to-end planning and creation of compelling vertical-specific content (presentations, toolkits, battlecards, videos) aligned with strategic growth priorities.
• Customer-Centric Libraries: Maintain a high-quality, accessible repository of content tailored to workflows, buyer journeys, and regional needs.
• Persona Messaging Sales Guides: Define target personas and craft role-specific messaging and sales enablement assets.
• Launch Training Programs: Design and launch engaging, and scalable sales training formats (e.g., live sessions, self-paced modules, playbooks) that improve field enablement and cross-division pitching skills.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner closely with Country and Divisional Marketing Teams, Product Marketing, and Commercial Leaders to curate and deliver relevant content based on evolving market needs and customer workflows.
• Measure Impact: Track adoption, engagement, and effectiveness of content and training programs. Use data to optimize and iterate.
• Drive Process Excellence: Establish content calendars, version control, and feedback loops to ensure timely updates, legal compliance, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
• Education: Master’s degree in life sciences, chemistry, or related fields.
• Experience: 6–8 years of experience in B2B marketing or product management, preferably in a global matrixed organization.
• Skills: Ability to translate complex scientific or technical concepts into clear, customer-centric content and messaging.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional and regional collaborators.
• Communication: Excellent communication, critical thinking, and high attention to detail
• Adaptability: Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
