At HBF, we are looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our Experience and Design Team. You’ll be at the forefront of designing exceptional experiences across a variety of platforms, ensuring our users’ needs are prioritised while balancing business objectives.
This role is perfect for someone with strong experience in design who is ready to influence stakeholders, and impact intuitive, visually engaging solutions across HBF's digital environments.

About the role
You’ll join a well-established and motivated team where ideas flow and collaboration is key. You’ll work closely with other designers, product owners and developers to:
Collaborate Influence: Work closely with key stakeholders, to clearly articulate design rationale and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
User-Centered Design: Prioritise user needs while creating visually engaging, innovative interfaces supported by thorough user research and testing. Use empathy, personas, and research to guide design decisions.
Design Development: Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and detailed design documentation for development. Ensure that designs are implemented in line with best practices and are user-friendly.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead ideation sessions, design reviews, and collaborative discussions to push creative boundaries and optimise user experiences.
Analytics Tracking: Liaise with data and analytics teams to ensure appropriate tracking and measurement of digital solutions.
Creative Assets: Design engaging assets for new functionalities, product enhancements, and optimisations across digital channels.
