All new trainers will undergo a boot camp for 10 days, covering: - Trainer ways of working - Product, process and tool knowledge (Promoter and AF NHIP programs to be covered) - Role-plays - 2 days of Market visit - Internal certification - Trainers will undergo final certification
Compensation: 15,000.00 - 36,000.00 per month
