Hiring: Business Development Executive (B2B Uniform Sales)

Prisha Synthetics is a leading manufacturer of school, corporate, hospital, industrial, security, and customized uniforms. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate new B2B clients and secure bulk uniform orders.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new B2B leads and business opportunities.
Visit schools, hospitals, hotels, factories, corporate offices, and security agencies.
Present Prisha Synthetics' products and secure bulk uniform orders.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets through field visits and regular follow-ups.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹12,000–₹25,000/month (based on experience, skills, and performance).
Performance-based incentives.
Additional incentives, commissions for exceptional performance or high-value orders, reimbursements, and other benefits (where applicable) will be discussed during the interview and finalized based on the candidate's role, performance, and mutual agreement.
Requirements
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in B2B sales is preferred; motivated freshers may also apply.
Willingness to travel across Delhi-NCR for client meetings.
Own two-wheeler is preferred but not mandatory.
Location: Delhi-NCR
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
