We maintain a Monday-Friday schedule and compensation is based on experience at $00 per hour. Travel to customer locations will be required.
Responsibilities
Train and/or retrain delivery drivers on all aspects of the delivery driver job duties.
Utilize company training guides, manuals, checklists, and processes to ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and DOT requirements.
Perform preferred work method observations and provide verbal and written feedback on driver trainees' performance.
Ensure all company policies are followed.
Deliver hands-on training that maximizes knowledge transfer while meeting customer needs, service times, labor costs, and transportation expenses within guidelines.
Requirements
At least 2 years of route driving experience overall.
Route delivery driver experience specifically in the foodservice distribution industry with DOT knowledge.
Computerized fleet operations management systems knowledge (Valid CDL A and DOT Health Card).
No more than 3 points per preventable accident policy in the last 12 months.
MVR policy point assessment of less than 20 points (Good or Professional Level).
