We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Support Specialist to join our team in Windham, NH. This is a full-time, in-person role offering opportunities to grow and expand your skills within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Position Overview
Reporting directly to the Controller, the Accounting Support Specialist will play a key role in daily financial operations—supporting invoicing, reconciliations, and special projects. This is a newly created position with long-term potential for increased responsibility and professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Review company credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Verify sales commission reports and reconcile discrepancies
Generate and distribute customer invoices; resolve billing issues promptly
Assist in preparing 1099 forms for vendors in compliance with IRS regulations
Maintain organized records and provide backup for other accounting functions
What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience in a bookkeeping, accounting, or finance support role
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and accounting systems
Ability to handle sensitive financial data with integrity
Willingness to take initiative and support a growing team
Familiarity with 1099 filings and lease agreements is a plus
