We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and explaining services offered by the company
Understanding customers' needs to handle their queries and maintain CRM properly
Closing sales and achieving quarterly targets
Interacting with clients to build and encourage the purchase of items
Record all database of all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close the sales
Noting important details of each conversation and discussing with the senior if any doubt
Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing
Taking appointments and scheduling them for procedures
Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
Basic computer knowledge
Good communication skills
Basic understanding of finance and interruption with clients
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service
Work Environment:
