Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, persuasive, and results-oriented Tele Marketing Executive to join our team in Nashik. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services to potential customers over the phone, generating qualified leads, achieving sales targets, and maintaining accurate customer records. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive sales approach, and a strong focus on customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling Product Promotion: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided databases or generated lists.
• Introduce and effectively explain company products, services, special offers, and promotions to potential clients.
• Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our offerings to generate interest and demand.
• (If applicable): Handle inbound calls from interested customers responding to marketing campaigns.
• Lead Generation Qualification: Identify and qualify leads by understanding customer needs, assessing their interest level, and determining their potential fit for our products/services.
• Gather relevant customer information, including contact details, preferences, and demographics, for lead nurturing.
• Schedule appointments or arrange product demonstrations for the field sales team where appropriate.
• Sales Target Achievement: Persuade potential customers to purchase products/services, subscribe to plans, or participate in promotional activities.
• Effectively handle customer objections and close sales over the phone, meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Cross-sell or upsell additional products/services when opportunities arise.
• Customer Relationship Feedback: Build and maintain a polite and professional rapport with customers over the phone.
• Address basic customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve minor issues efficiently.
• Document customer feedback, market information, and competitive intelligence to help refine marketing strategies.
• Data Management Reporting: Accurately record all call details, customer interactions, lead status, and sales outcomes in the CRM system or designated software.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer databases and call lists.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on call activity, lead generation, sales performance, and market insights to the management.
• Adherence to Guidelines: Adhere strictly to call scripts (where provided), communication guidelines, data privacy regulations, and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with DND (Do Not Disturb) regulations and ethical telemarketing practices.
