The Technical Product Owner will partner with the business and wider technology domains and external parties providing a single point of accountability across Plan, Build and Run for Technology products in the Airline Experience portfolio. They play an essential role in developing and driving the roadmaps that will underpin our business strategy, and deliver world class capabilities to our operational staff, and a world-class experience to our customers.
This role is in a highly reactive area working with products and projects within Iintegrated Operations and, Crisis Management and accountable for aligning product delivery plans to enable the business to achieve their objectives strategic outcomes – from concept through to operations.
The Technical Product Owner is a leader with a customer-centric mentality and plays a crucial decision maker role with the ability to manage high pressure areas that may impact critical operations. They will manage the quality of service and operational stability, including IT risk and compliance management, delivering service improvements and providing input to service management strategies.
They responsible for developing a team culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
You’ll have:
Expert stakeholder management skills across both business and technical functions, establishing trusted relationships
7 - 10 years’ Delivery experience in an Agile environment
3+ years in implementation and delivery roles
Solid experience in operational service management
Demonstrated experience and ability managing a wide-ranging set of stakeholders, applications, projects and suppliers
Demonstrated Senior Product Ownership experience, proven product delivery, implementation and run.
Strong financial management, strong commercial and business acumen
Proven ability to apply analytical and critical thinking skills to solve, or lead the solving of strategic problems of high complexity on a large scale
Experience designing and facilitating fit for purpose workshops that deliver defined outcomes
Able to work cross-functionally and align business unit processes to enterprise business processes
Strong negotiation and conflict skills
Strong people leadership skills and experience embedding a culture of continuous improvement
Preferably Airport or Airline technology experience
