Digital Marketing Manager

The ideal candidate should be from CHENNAI and fluent in all digital marketing platforms, SEO, PPC, paid/organic social, and Google Analytics, the candidates should devise and implement marketing strategies for our clients, ensuring data-led ROI across a wide variety of clients and being the go-to marketing expert for the company.

Must-Have:
• 5-8 years of relevant social media, communications, or marketing experience.
• Great communication (North American market work experience would be an asset)
• Must know how to use CMS like WordPress
• Hands-on experience with On/Off-page optimisation technical
• Demonstrated ability in driving SERP rankings higher

Responsibilities:
• Developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns from conception to launch across a broad range of digital media platforms
• The ideal candidate will analyse, review, and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This candidate will be able to implement actionable strategies that will improve site visibility.
• Define key markets and opportunities to plan a digital Marketing roadmap for each brand/ property/country in consultation with key stakeholders
• Manage current channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok
• Monitor Traffic using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, SimilarWeb, etc. create dashboards
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting
• Manage the paid search activity for the country. Maintain relationship with the agency

Digital Marketing Manager Qualifications/Skills:
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
• Creating and maintaining client relationships
• Coaching and subordinate involvement
• Managing processes
• Self-motivated yet customer-focused
• Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
• Able to develop budgets
• Familiar with financial planning and strategy
• Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
