Job description
Higher Education Administrator
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Higher Education Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to faculty members and contribute to the delivery of high-quality academic programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to faculty members
• Coordinate with program offices to resolve issues related to course materials and deadlines
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Provide support to faculty members and students
Administrative Role:
• Schedule classes for department faculty (internal and external)
• Assist in conducting events and conferences
• Maintain attendance records
• Create Zoom links and share details via Google Calendar
• Upload timetables and raise purchase orders on ERP
• Provide accreditation-related support
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Full-time MBA in Finance or M. Com (Accounting) or CA/CMA completed
• Excellent communication, follow-up, and people management skills
• Strong interest in research and data compilation, analysis, and presentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and analytics using Excel or statistical software
