Recruitment Strategy: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and job descriptions tailored to meet the organization's needs.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize a variety of channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking to identify and engage top talent for open roles.
Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for all candidates, from initial contact to offer stage.
Offer Negotiation: Work closely with hiring managers to extend offers, including negotiating compensation and finalizing employment terms.
Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings.
Employer Branding: Promote the companys employer brand, ensuring we attract top talent and maintain a strong reputation in the market.
