π Key Responsibilities
β’ End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle for diverse client requirements.
β’ Sourcing: Find top candidates via LinkedIn, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), and database networking.
β’ Screening & Coordination: Conduct initial interviews, evaluate candidate profiles, and schedule interviews with clients.
β’ Negotiation & Target: Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, and achieve monthly placement goals.
π― What We Are Looking For
β’ 1β3 years of recruitment experience (Recruitment agency/consultancy experience preferred).
β’ Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
β’ Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
β’ Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
