Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruitment process end-to-end, helping source, screen, and coordinate with potential candidates. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in hiring, employer branding, and HR operations within a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
• Support employer branding efforts through social media and campus outreach.
• Help with recruitment analytics and reporting.
• Assist with other HR and TA initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and job portals.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Prior experience/internship in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
