Job Description for Talent Acquisition and HR Operations:
• Conduct specific recruitment, interview, and selection activities for hard-to-fill positions requiring a targeted recruitment approach
• Serve as a partner to our internal business leaders on all hiring-related matters
• Review and screen all incoming resumes, conduct phone screenings, and schedule interviews
• Confirm employment history by conducting reference calls for applicants being considered for employment, and record all information
Interact with hiring managers regularly
• Source and prequalify quality candidates and maintain a healthy pipeline against open positions
Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Source candidates through various channels including job portals, social media, and networks
Assist in preparing advertisements and suggest approaches to employment advertising
Put up job requisitions in our internal recruitment system, and follow through the entire hiring process
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiations, offer letter generation, etc.
Provide accurate and timely MIS reports
Desired Qualities:
Ability to work independently, completing tasks necessary to ensure successful day-to-day operations through set job goals
• Ability to withstand pressure, and work towards closing all open positions within the agreed SLA
• Hands-on exposure in recruitment of technical and non-technical (financial) professionals
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies aligned to passive sourcing
• Hands-on exposure in sourcing candidates from LinkedIn with or without a paid account
