Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for teaching and a strong understanding of swimming techniques. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for educating individuals of all ages in swimming skills, ensuring their safety in the water, and fostering a love for swimming.

Duties

Conduct swimming lessons for various skill levels, from beginners to advanced swimmers.
Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to the needs of each student.
Educate students on water safety, swimming techniques, and personal fitness.
Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Maintain a safe and positive learning environment at all times.
Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and any concerns.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements

Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching swimming is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate students.
A thorough understanding of swimming techniques and water safety practices.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
A genuine passion for educating others and promoting physical fitness through swimming.
