Y’all ready to make everyone love that chicken? This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a passionate Supervisor to be part of launching a globally loved brand to NZ.
With links to the global brand already in place, we’ve got growth plans as bold as our famous Louisiana style seasoning, and you’ll be thrilled to be part of a team that has one purpose in mind … to spread our joie de vivre across the country over the next few years, unleashing soul food that is worth sharing.

Launching an exciting new global brand is a “once in a lifetime opportunity”, and this role is perfect for an absolute pro who wants to be part of opening our new restaurant that will wow our customers.
Working closely alongside a seasoned management, you will gain insights into decision making, team management, and problem solving, playing a pivotal role in refining your skills. The Management team will be your support system, as you will be theirs. Think of it like a dynamic duo – together you will unleash a whirlwind of excellence in taking your restaurant to new heights.
What you will bring to the role:
You will have huge energy, intrinsic drive and resilience, and demonstrated ability in the following:
Proven experience as a supervisor. We need someone who thrives in the dynamic world of operations especially within the QSR or hospitality industry.
Your leadership style is all about coaching and developing others. You’ll bring out the best in your team, helping them reach their full potential and perform exceptionally.
No challenge is too big, and no task is too daunting. When the going gets tough, you’ll power through, leading your team with extraordinary resilience.
Your genuine love for customers will shine through in everything you do.
Ability to plan and juggle multiple priorities, where you will be involved in coordinating numerous moving pieces.
You’ll be skillful, adaptable and adept at building rapport with different individuals, using persuasive communication to align everyone towards shared objectives.
