Job Title: Strategic Partnership Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners in the US and LATAM regions.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and improve overall partner satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing training, support, and resources to partners to ensure they are equipped to sell and promote our brand effectively.
• Identify new business opportunities and create joint sales strategies to generate revenue and expand our market presence.
• Regularly track and analyze partner performance metrics, sales trends, and market opportunities to optimize our partner ecosystem.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in channel management, sales, or business development, ideally with experience in the US and LATAM regions.
• Proven ability to build and manage partner relationships effectively.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with sales tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
