We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner to align our HR Payroll initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. ABOUT THE STRATEGIC HR PARTNER:
We’re looking to bring on a Strategic HR Partner to join our growing WIN team! You bring 5+ years of experience, with a primary focus on HR business partnering—driving employee engagement, performance conversations, and aligning people strategy with business goals. You also have hands-on experience in recruitment, capable of owning the hiring lifecycle as needed.
You’re a high-energy, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You’re proactive, collaborative, and always focused on building a high-performance culture.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and teams, supporting the full employee lifecycle
• Lead core HRBP responsibilities including employee engagement, performance management, onboarding, and talent development
• Collaborate with leadership to translate business needs into people strategies
• Own and support recruitment efforts in collaboration with hiring managers
• Source talent through ATS, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels when needed
• Act as a culture ambassador and help shape a positive, transparent, and feedback-driven environment
• Share timely insights with stakeholders and continuously improve HR and recruitment practices
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of experience with a clear majority in HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist roles
• Strong working knowledge of recruitment best practices and experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proven ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with business stakeholders
• High level of integrity, empathy, and business acumen
• Passionate about people, performance, and purpose
