Store Sales Executive Khandani

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage the daily operations of the retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing, and customer service. They should be a confident salesperson and be able to share their best practices in order to onboard new employees. This candidate must possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store.

Responsibilities

1. Developing store strategies to raise customers pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability

2. Meeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to store staff

3. Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

Education

1. 10th/ 12th, Bachelor degree from a reputed university/college

2. MS Office & proficiency in excel is a must

Skills

1. Knowledge of handling Retail Store Operations

2. Selling & customer service

3. MIS Reporting

4. Communication- Excellent spoken & written communication skills in English & regional language

5. Computer operating knowledge

Experience

1. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations as Sales Executive

2. Freshers are also fine with BBA & MBA(marketing) background.
