Retail Grocery assistant

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Grocery Store Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Employment Type: Part-time/Casual
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Replenish shelves and ensure products are well-stocked and neatly displayed
Monitor product freshness and check expiry dates
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store
Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing deliveries
Provide product information and help customers find items
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
Key Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Have good knowledge about Indian, Nepali, Fijian, and Pakistani products.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and time management skills.
Previous retail or grocery experience is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform other physically demanding tasks.
Ideally 1–2 years of relevant experience. However, if you're a quick learner with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
