The successful candidate will be a high performing retail manager with a proven track record for building a great team culture as well as delivering results.

AC Homestore is a local home and lifestyle brand that designs curates thoughtful homewares, furniture, fashion and gifts.
At AC you’ll find our own exclusive in-house designs alongside favourite local makers and renowned international brands. Inspired by natural materials and earthy colour palettes, we are passionate about designing quality products for our customers that are timeless and will last for many seasons.
Proudly New Zealand owned since 2015, we operate four physical stores nationwide as well as a busy ecommerce store
We are looking for:
Strong leadership skills in coaching and mentoring teams to achieve their goals
Confident communication with staff, customers suppliers.
Customer focused and amazing sales skills
Genuine interest in interior design, with the drive to continuously up skill your team.
Natural ability to maintain the visual presentation of the store, ensuring displays are fresh and enticing each week.
Maintain store cleanliness, uphold health and safety standards, and ensure smooth daily operations.
Administrative duties: Handle daily cash reconciliation, manage store budgets, and prepare sales reports.
This role is Tuesday - Saturday
If you have a proven ability to lead a team, passion for interior design or a creative background and familiarity with inventory management systems and basic financial reporting, we would love to hear from you.
