The Role:

As a Junior Graphic Designer and Marketing Assistant, you will work closely with our Brand and Creative Manager to create high-quality visual content that reflects Swazi’s rugged, unique, and adventurous brand identity. You will assist in designing materials for both print and digital platforms, support marketing campaigns, and contribute to the overall success of the marketing department. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn on the job and have the opportunity to grow your design skills within a fast-paced, creative-led environment.



Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and designing marketing materials, including social media content, EDMs, brochures, banners, and advertisements.
Support the team by producing high-quality imagery for social media platforms, ensuring content is aligned with Swazi’s brand identity.
Help coordinate product samples and collaborate on photoshoots.
Assist in editing and retouching images for product and campaign needs.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and visual outputs.
Assist in managing the Swazi social media calendar, posting engaging content, and tracking performance.
Help maintain and update website content, ensuring an optimal user experience.
General design and marketing support as needed.


Skills and Experience Required:

Relevant qualification in Graphic Design, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator,).
Strong understanding of design principles and brand consistency.
Experience with social media content creation (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and basic photography skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to take initiative.
A love for the outdoors, hunting, and the Swazi® Brand
