Manufacturing Process Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Operator to join our team at PHOENIX SOURCE SELECT PTY LTD. As a key member of our manufacturing process, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant and equipment, maintaining a safe working environment, and meeting production targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily prestart checks on equipment
Pick and assemble building accessories
Fill coil bays of raw materials around machines
Operate loading PCs and RF scanners
Empty steel scrap bins and assist in scrap recovery
Perform production, inspection, packaging, and machine operation duties
Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available
Maintain a safe and clean workspace

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in steel manufacturing, possess excellent attention to detail, and demonstrate a high work ethic. They must be reliable, commit to regular hours, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, the ability to learn new skills quickly and comply with personal protective equipment requirements is essential.

What We Offer:
Competitive hourly rate of $32.42 per hour, working 38 hours per week. Read more
