Director of Retail Sales

Market leading, second generation, family-owned business seeks a Director of Retail Sales to join their board during an exciting period of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the retail operations, ensuring all stores operate efficiently and profitably.

The ideal candidate will have a proven career history within retail management, with a solid background in retail leadership, preferably at board level. They should also have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong financial acumen and excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.

We are looking for a senior leader who can demonstrate strategic thinking, make data-driven decisions, and drive sales growth while ensuring world-class customer experience through all retail touchpoints. Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office Suite is required.

In this role, you will lead and develop the Retail and Home Visit Business, focusing on driving sales growth and ensuring operational efficiency.
