About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive with proven experience in B2B Sales and Project Sales within the Lighting/Electrical industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving sales growth across assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through B2B sales and project sales activities.
Develop and maintain relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Builders, Contractors, MEP Consultants, OEMs, and Corporate Clients.
Identify and pursue upcoming lighting projects in commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, and infrastructure sectors.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for project execution and timely deliveries.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Technical qualification preferred).
3–7 years of experience in B2B Sales and Project Sales is mandatory.
Experience in the Lighting Industry is mandatory.
Strong network with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Builders, and Corporate Clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to independently handle sales cycles from lead generation to closure.
Willingness to travel across Delhi NCR for client meetings.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
