Sr. Operations Coordinator

The Sr. Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in managing supply and operations in a city.

The selected individual will be responsible for conducting data management, focusing on Recon Recovery data using advanced Excel skills. Additionally, they will lead and supervise a team of 4-5 individuals to optimize operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
• Manage supply and operations in the city, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities
• Conduct data management, focusing on Recon Recovery data using advanced Excel skills
• Lead and supervise a team of 4-5 individuals (Hexa buddies) to optimize operational efficiency
• Provide oversight of day-to-day operations, particularly addressing Discharge and Admission escalations
