Executive Director - Operations Management

We are looking for an experienced COO who will drive growth and expansion across the building and plumbing industry.
Job Description:
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution of company objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand company presence and impact.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior managers, department heads, and vendors.
• Monitor and control costs, ensure efficient resource allocation, and improve overall performance.
• Collaborate with the President and Governing Body to set long-term goals and vision.

Requirements:
• Graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field (engineering, architecture, business management).
• 15-25 years of experience in leadership roles in the construction/building materials/plumbing sector.
• Proven track record of driving growth, expansion, and efficiency improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
