Job Responsibilities :
1) Prepare and implement grievance handling procedures for such local/unit specific issues of employee.
2) Attend workshop level meeting assist in conflict resolutions.
3) Take step to get immediate medical care to workmen/ employee injured while on duty.
4) Monitor behavioral/ attitudinal profile of workmen and suggest corrective measures.
5) Monitor changes in attitudes of workmen and relation to management policies and send reports to HOD/ Director.
6) Undertake awareness performances among workmen in hygiene in the premises, occupational hazards, working hours, medical care and other social welfare benefiting measures.
7) Study absenteeism and Labour turnover in their jurisdiction and suggest remedial such as counselling, personal advice etc.
8) Promote relations between management and workers for productive efficiency and mitigation in the working conditions and help workers to adjust and adopt themselves to the working environments.
+) Encourage provisions of working amenities, adequate latrin facilities.
10) Arrangements of documents for third party audit/ statutory audit.
11) Collect KRA's for review and submit to HR Head.
12) Drive performance management for staff and managerial.
Skill Requirement :
1) Organized and self disciplined.
2)The candidate should be fluent in English Hindi.
3)Must have knowledge of excel emailing
4) Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
5)Possess initiative and a positive attitude.
6) Able to work independently and a good team player
7) Able to multi task and work in a fast paced environment.
Location : Bhiwandi, Maharashtra
Qualification : Degree in HRM, Business studies or any other studies/ Industrial relations.
Reporting to : HR Head
Experience : At least 3 to 5 years.
Salary : 4-5 LPA
Note : Immediate joiners preferred.
