Job Description : Roles and Responsibilities Vendor Management (Creative Agency, Production Agency Delivery Agency) 1. Orders , Execution, Payments, Deliveries with all the vendors. Marketing Campaign Brand Promotions -Execution and Implementation 1. Coordination with the category team for finalizing regular offers, promotions implementation. 2. Planning the quantity of POSM required for all the stores as per the layout, special s/POSMrequired if any. 3. Execution of festive promotions campaigns. 4. Ensuring emailers sent to airport teams for all author signings. 5. Coordinating events like Author Signings, Customer engagements etc. Visual Merchandising In store communication 1. Designing of In-store VM's such as Light box, category headers, Generic POS. 2. Selection of Material/fixtures which are relevant suits best for the stores. 3. Ensured timely deployment of POS material other VM's across the stores. 4. Maintenance of all the marketing Inventory fixtures available at the stores other storefixtures as required. 5. Suggestions in aligning realigning the POS placement for effective visibility Marketing Management Social Media 1. Marketing Obligations execution to be checked 2. Communication of festive campaigns promotions on different formats possible (Traditional digital). 3. Coordination with associate brands(POSM execution for dedicated display, inventory, guidelinesfor designing) 4. Creating social media campaigns executing. 5. Timely posting all the social media creatives. 6. Creating creatives on Canva whenever required. Other Miscellaneous works 1. Designing executing HR inventories such as ID cards, Employees Name Badges, Name Panels, Business Cards. 2. Designing executing operations inventories such as Carry Bags, POS Rolls, store signage's such as Bill receipt, CCTV, etc. 3. Coordination with Warehouse store staff for maintaining carry bags count, average sales forecasting expected time of reorder Read more
