Job Title: Academic Counsellor – EdTech Sales | Student Counselling & Admissions |

Position: Academic Counsellor

Salary: ₹4 LPA – ₹6 LPA

Working Days: 6 Days

As a Academic Counsellor, you'll guide prospective students in choosing the right online learning programs and drive admissions through a consultative sales approach. You'll primarily counsel and enroll students for Online JEE, NEET, and Foundation courses.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents to understand their educational needs
Recommend suitable Online JEE, NEET & Foundation programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students
Handle calls, follow-ups, and admission-related queries
Manage leads and follow-ups throughout the admission journey
Achieve admission and revenue targets
Requirements:

✅ 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Academic Counselling

✅ Excellent communication, counselling & interpersonal skills

✅ Target-oriented and self-driven approach

✅ Jaipur-based candidates will be preferred

✅ EdTech experience will be an added advantage

✅ Graduation is mandatory

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
