Are you passionate about cars and have an eye for detail? We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Car Detailers with the willingness to grow and improve your customer service skills.
What We're Looking For:
- Individuals with a passion for cars and attention to detail.
- Must have experience in ceramic coating (car paint and glass)
- Previous car detailing experience is necessary.
- Strong work ethic and dedication to providing excellent service.
- Experience in applying and removing PPF
- Able to de-sticker vehicles
- Previous experience in customer service roles is a bonus.
- Experience in cut and polish and paint corrections.
- Window tinting experience is preferred (at any level)
Your core duties will include:
- Opening and closing the store
- Providing expert advice to our customers about what services their vehicles need.
- Completing transactions through our POS system, creating reservations, banking
- Detailing vehicles with quality in front of mind and in a timely manner
- Keeping up to date with new products, health and safety procedures particularly around the chemicals we use.
- Cleaning the site after each service ready for the next customer
Must haves:
Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English is required.
A Valid NZ Full License or equivalent is required.
You must have good physical fitness as you role requires, kneeling and bending for long periods.
You must be able to pass a random drug & ******* test
We work on a rotating roster, from Monday to Sunday between 8.30am -5pm. We require flexibility around the days and hours of work, as no day is the same. This is a permanent full time position with hours between 30-40 hours per week.
