Sourcing Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new domestic and international suppliers.
Source products based on quality, cost, delivery timelines, and business requirements.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and delivery schedules with vendors.
Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships.
Obtain and evaluate product samples before finalizing suppliers.
Coordinate with Product Development, Sales, Quality, and Logistics teams for sourcing requirements.
Monitor supplier performance on quality, cost, and delivery.
Ensure products comply with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare purchase comparisons, cost analyses, and supplier evaluation reports.
Monitor market trends, raw material pricing, and competitor sourcing strategies.
Resolve supplier-related issues, including delays, quality concerns, and shortages.
Maintain accurate sourcing documentation, contracts, and vendor databases.
Support new product development and product launch activities.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

Ensure 100% documentation and contract compliance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
