Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Solution Specialist (Sales) at Pine Labs. The Solution Specialist will be responsible for consulting with clients, analyzing their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Day-to-day tasks include identifying opportunities, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and driving the sales process from start to finish. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to meeting sales targets and enhancing client satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Strong Analytical Skills for identifying customer needs and opportunities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Consulting and providing tailored business solutions
• Proven Sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the fintech or payment solutions industry is a plus
