Job Description
Client Acquisition: Prospect, identify, and outreach to potential corporate clients, ad agencies, startups, and brands needing ad film or video production services.
• Pitching & Presentations: Develop customized pitches, present Magnes Productions’ creative portfolio, and demonstrate how our video solutions solve client needs.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with brand managers, marketing directors, and business owners.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and upcoming advertising campaigns across sectors.
• Pipeline Management: Handle the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to contract closure and post-deal coordination.
Requirements
• Experience Level: Open to both Experienced Professionals (1–3+ years in media sales, agency outreach, or marketing) and Motivated Freshers with exceptional communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, networking, and presentation skills.
• Passion for media, ad films, filmmaking, and modern digital advertising.
• Proactive mindset with a high degree of self-motivation and goal orientation.
• Familiarity with email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling is a plus.
