Social Media Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing engaging content strategies across multiple social media platforms to increase our brand presence, build engagement, and generate organic leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.
Plan, create, and schedule content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Collaborate with the sales and design team to curate visually appealing and informative posts.
Monitor trends in real estate and social media to craft timely, relevant content.
Optimize social media pages for maximum visibility and engagement.
Respond to comments, DMs, and queries to nurture community engagement.
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, leads) and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Plan organic growth campaigns, contests, and influencer tie-ups where necessary.
Stay updated with algorithm changes and best practices across platforms.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and basic video editing apps.
Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and brand tonality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for real estate, digital trends, and creative storytelling.
