Join Our Growing Medical Spa Team!

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and reliable Social Media Manager / Receptionist to join our rapidly growing medical spa.

This is an entry-level, in-house position that combines social media marketing, content creation, and front-desk responsibilities. As a new clinic, we are looking for one team member who can manage both roles while helping us grow our online presence and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field, or someone who is passionate about social media, TikTok, and the medical aesthetics industry.

Fixed working days and hours are required. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities: Reception & Client Experience

Welcome clients and provide exceptional customer service.
Answer phone calls, emails, text messages, and social media inquiries.
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
Process payments and maintain client records.
Follow up with clients regarding appointments, treatments, and promotions.
Assist with consultations and help convert inquiries into bookings.
Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
Help maintain cleanliness of the clinic and exam rooms
Social Media & Content Creation

Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
Plan, film, edit, and publish posts, stories, reels, and videos.
Capture high-quality treatment videos, before-and-after photos, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
Respond to social media messages, comments, and online reviews.
Assist with marketing campaigns, promotions, and community outreach.
Monitor social media performance and suggest new strategies to increase engagement and bookings.
Stay up to date with the latest social media and beauty industry trends.
Qualifications

Experience with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, and video editing tools.
Strong photography and videography skills.
Ability to create attractive and engaging videos using different filming angles.
Access to a smartphone or camera capable of producing high-quality photos and videos.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Strong customer service and sales skills.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and bring new, creative ideas to the clinic.
Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or certificate in Digital Marketing, Communications, Office Administration, or a related field.
Experience in a medical spa, beauty clinic, skincare clinic, dermatology office, or wellness environment.
Knowledge of skincare products and aesthetic treatments.
Experience performing facials or skincare treatments is considered an asset.
