Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in creating a welcoming and organized workplace, and is happy to support multiple departments across the organization.
As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you'll provide basic receptionist services while also assisting with general administrative tasks, office organization, and employee engagement activities. No two days are the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Front Office
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries.
Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Administrative Support
Provide administrative assistance to all departments as needed.
Assist with filing, data entry, scanning, photocopying, and document organization.
Help coordinate meetings, book meeting rooms, and arrange appointments.
Order and maintain office supplies and monitor inventory.
Assist with planning and coordinating team lunches, employee celebrations, and company events.
Office Operations
Help keep common areas, kitchens, meeting rooms, and shared workspaces clean, organized, and well stocked.
Coordinate with cleaning vendors as needed.
Assist with office organization projects and general workplace upkeep.
General Support
Assist with special projects and other duties as required.
Work collaboratively with all departments to support daily business operations.
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to help wherever needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support role is considered an asset.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer applications.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently while contributing as a team member.
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour
