Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation:Develop and execute social media content plans, including text, images, videos, and other formats.
Platform Management:Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles on various platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Community Engagement:Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from online users, fostering positive relationships.
Campaign Management:Plan, execute, and track social media campaigns to achieve specific marketing objectives.
Performance Analysis:Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze the effectiveness of social media efforts.
Trend Monitoring:Stay informed about emerging social media trends and best practices to ensure the company's online presence remains relevant.
Collaboration:Work with other departments, such as marketing, design, and content, to ensure social media strategies align with overall marketing goals.
Reporting:Prepare regular reports on social media performance and engagement, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
Paid Advertising:May be involved in planning, executing, and managing social media advertising campaigns.
