About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:

1. Developing effective communication platforms for clients and staff

2. Inspiring repeat business from clients

3. Conducting customer service workshops and presentations

4. Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction

5. Liaising with different departments about client queries

6. Offering advice to clients on services and products

7. Developing surveys and capturing client information

8. Participating in marketing campaigns
