Job description
The Field and Infusion Nurse plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care in various settings, including home and specialty clinics. This position requires strong clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

Administering medications and assessing patient responses as directed by program protocols.
Providing patient education on product monographs and program protocols.
Communicating effectively with patients, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to meet established timelines for scheduling appointments and treatments.
Requirements:

Relevant experience as a Registered Nurse required.
1 year experience in IV initiation.
Current registration with licensing body; CPR certificate.
Experience in critical care, emergency, acute care inpatient/outpatient or homecare setting.
