Senior Systems Administrator Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, leadership, and technical expertise.
• Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of system and network administrators, assigning tasks, reviewing performance, and providing technical guidance.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Windows Server operating systems on physical and virtual servers
• Implement and maintain system security policies
• Perform backups and disaster recovery procedures
• Collaborate with Engineering teams across various platforms to translate application requirements into system requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 5+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree OR 8+ years of relevant work experience
• Preferred Qualifications: 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD, or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD)
• Certifications: Microsoft, Cisco, and relevant industry certifications
