Roles Responsibilities:
• Develop and deliver a comprehensive Human Resources strategy that integrates and closely aligns with the business strategy
• Continually strives to improve all HR processes and programs, and identify and implement new ones, including career development, employee benefits, and other processes
• Engage and influence senior management to support and implement HR initiatives across the organization including Total Rewards
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and talent management of human capital
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Develop and maintain organizational development programs, benefit plans, policies and guidelines, equal opportunity programs, grievances procedures.
• Develop and build a learning organization by creating a learning resource that can be integrated with PMS systems.
• Develop and maintain industry mandated metrics to evaluate effective operations across various teams within the organization (KRAs, KPIs etc)
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Effectively structure benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
Qualifications:
• Good sense of prioritization and time management
• A solid track record of influencing senior business leaders while demonstrating excellent decision quality
• Demonstrated process capabilities and metrics-driven
• Effective process management and process design (where necessary)
• Analytical skills to use data and make informed decisions about HR evaluation
• Presentation skills to present key findings and status reports to the leadership
• Ability to work on unique campaigns with the digital marketing team to attract and retain quality talent.
