We’re now hiring a strategic and people-centric HR Business Partner to join our journey and partner with our Technology and corporate leaders to shape the people agenda in one of the most exciting industrial ventures in the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Act as a trusted partner to Tech Corporate leaders, aligning HR strategy with business goals.
• Lead organisational design, change management, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Champion employee engagement, culture development, and inclusion across UK teams.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and identify future leaders.
• Manage and optimise HR systems, metrics, and compliance, ensuring GDPR and SOX alignment.
• Lead, coach, and develop a direct report (HR Business Partner), contributing to the growth of our HR capability.

What You Bring
• A proven track record as an HR Business Partner in complex, tech or RD-driven environments.
• Deep expertise in talent, performance, and leadership development.
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills at senior leadership level.
• Passion for creating inclusive, people-centric cultures and driving continuous improvement.
• Experience navigating compliance, legal and ethical HR issues in regulated or tech sectors.
• A degree in HR/Organisation Development or equivalent experience. CIPD membership desirable.
