This is a mid-level position suited for someone with a strong grasp of HR best practices and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead End-to-End Recruitment Processes: Sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding employees.
• Implement and Oversee HR Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws in India.
• Manage Employee Relations: Handle conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
