Your Role

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, while also working on strategic HR initiatives in close collaboration with the HR Director. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will also work cross-functionally with other teams.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Assist in developing and maintaining internal HR policies and frameworks that align with the company's values and objectives.
• Address employee issues with professionalism and sensitivity, including managing grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Confidently communicate any policy or process changes to the team, ensuring clarity and understanding, whether in writing or during team calls.
• Manage performance review cycles and work on individual development plans for each employee.
• Oversee employee benefits, leave policies, and compensation tracking.
• Benchmark salaries and provide valuable insights for pay reviews and incentive schemes.
• HR Development Project: Support the HR Director in the development and execution of HR development initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Who You Are
• * Experienced in HR: You have solid generalist HR experience, ideally in fast-paced or consulting environments.
• Fluent both in French and English
• Positive, Curious, and Solution-Oriented: You bring energy, structure, and a desire to make things better.
